1. About this app

• Binawave provides a personal audio experience for focus and relaxation
• It is not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or guaranteed symptom improvement
• Individual experiences may vary

2. Premium subscription

• Premium unlocks eligible features such as additional base tones, sequences, extended timers, and mix playback
• Pricing and billing currency are shown on the App Store purchase sheet
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when purchase is confirmed

3. Auto-renewal and cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal is charged to your Apple ID within 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase
• Refunds, billing, and purchase restoration follow Apple's App Store policies and procedures

4. Safety notes

• Use headphones or earphones while using the app
• Do not use while driving or during dangerous activities
• Individual experiences may vary
• Stop using the app immediately if you feel tinnitus, dizziness, nausea, or other discomfort

5. Disclaimer and service changes

• Playback and purchase reflection may be temporarily unavailable depending on your device, OS, audio device, or external services
• To the extent permitted by law, Binawave is not responsible for indirect damages caused by use or inability to use the app

6. Intellectual property and prohibited use

Rights in the app, logo, text, audio, screen designs, and other content belong to Binawave or their respective rights holders. Except as permitted by copyright law or other applicable law, you may not copy, sell, redistribute, or modify them without permission.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when features, laws, or service operations change. Updates will be posted on this page. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

8. Apple standard EULA

Paid subscriptions are also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
