If you enable Health integration, Binawave uses HealthKit to handle the start and end time needed to save mindful sessions.

2. Purpose of Use

• Keeping your app settings, presets, and session history
• Checking and restoring Premium purchase status
• Health integration only when you explicitly allow it

3. Storage and Retention

Settings, presets, and session logs are stored on your device to provide app functionality. This version does not include code that automatically sends them to a Binawave-operated server. Device data may be removed when you delete the app or erase device data.

HealthKit records are managed in Apple's Health environment. Their retention and deletion follow your Health settings.

4. HealthKit Integration

Writing to the Health app happens only when you allow it through the iOS permission dialog. Binawave saves only the start and end time needed for mindful session records.

HealthKit permissions can be changed at any time in iOS Settings or the Health app.

5. External Transmission and Third Parties

This version of the app does not include code that automatically sends your settings or session logs to an independent server.

Purchase processing and billing information are managed by Apple. Binawave does not store credit card information.

The app does not include advertising SDKs or behavioral analytics tags. If you contact support, we use the message and email address you provide to respond.

Except where required by law, Binawave does not sell or provide personal data to third parties without user action.

Website analytics

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 provided by Google LLC. Cookie identifiers, page visits, referrers, device and browser information, and App Store link clicks are sent to Google to help improve the website. App settings, session logs and HealthKit records are not sent. Advertising personalization is disabled.

The analytics tag loads only after you allow it. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page. See how Google uses data.

6. User Control

• Health records can be reviewed and deleted in the Health app
• Settings and session logs stored on your device may be lost if you delete the app or erase device data
